I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA (www.emdria.org). I am dual licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), I have had an array of experience in working with diverse populations as a mental health clinician. I'm also currently furthering my education as a Ph.D. student in Clinical Psychology, bringing both further depth and breadth to my practice.

Since getting trained in 2015, I’ve been utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy across a wide scope of settings including substance abuse, community mental health, and currently private practice; all involving practicing with folks with trauma and complex trauma. Complementing this, I've trained in Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy via the IFS Institute (https://ifs-institute.com/).

I specialize in treating intergenerational trauma, with a particular focus on relational traumas. In my therapeutic approach, I incorporate a blend of IFS-informed EMDR and other EMDR protocols tailored to address complex trauma and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). My theoretical orientation leans more towards psychodynamic.
